Northeast Ohio’s vibrant Irish community will be on display Labor Day Weekend when the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, St. Pat’s Gaelic Football Club and the Midwest Gaelic Athletic Association hosts the 2013 Skylight Financial Group North American County Board Finals at North Olmsted’s Barton-Bradley Fields. The event will crown North American Champions in the sports of Gaelic Football, hurling and camogie, while a connected festival village will feature traditional Irish food, beer and live music throughout the tournament. Over 2,300 athletes from over 100 teams are expected to travel to Cleveland for the event, which will create $1.2 million of local economic activity. It will be the largest NACB Finals in history.
